Description of the training

This training allows participants to acquire the skills necessary to design, configure, customize and deploy solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automation, Power Virtual Agents and Power BI, to meet the business needs of an organization.

Objectives of training

At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Understand the basic components of the Power Platform and their interconnection.
• Create custom applications using Power Apps.
• Automate complex workflows with Power Automation.
• Analyze data with Power BI for improved decision making.
• Implement chatbots with Power Virtual Agents to automate customer support.

Power Virtual Agents and Solutions Management

• Creating chatbots with Power Virtual Agents: introduction to codeless chatbots, creation and deployment in Microsoft Teams.
• Manage and deploy Power Platform solutions: export, import, security, and governance.
• Preparation for the PL-200 examination: standard questions and advice.
